Hi everyone! Welcome to my little bookish blog! If you don't know yet, my name is Loren, and I apparently love to read!

I started on "Bookstagram" a couple of months ago, but then I felt the need to grow with my community, so here I am now.
​
I've been reading since before I started school. My mom is an elementry school teacher, so she understands the importance of children reading, especially young girls. She taught me how to read and gave me the love for words and books. My mom also taught me that no one can take your knowledge away, so keep reading and keeping furthering your education. I thank God for her every day.
​
I'm 17 and in college. My plan is to double major in Newspaper Journalism and English and to double minor in COmmunications and French.
​
I live in the Midwest, so all of my pictures will hopefully give you a taste of life where I live. They may not be super exciting, but welcome to Indiana.
​
I have a couple of hobbies, besides reading and shopping, but they may seem a little strange. I really like to cook and bake for my family (my mom, my stepdad, and myself). I also enjoy crocheting blankets and running. We live out in the middle of farm lands, so on my runs, I usually get to see corn, sheep, and cows!
